Most common answers to student questions
- Sign into your myss.com account, and click the link to the course you purchased - everything is posted there.
- Technical problems: Restart your device, then sign back into your myss.com account. Please do this even if you think you don’t need to. Taking this simple action resolves 95% of our technical issues.
- Reflections, Reflections Parallel, and live streaming programs are recorded! If you can’t make it to the live presentation, you will be able to watch later at your convenience.
- For every Reflections / Reflections Parallel workshop, we share the first session with our audience. Only registered students get access to the full series.
In short, most student question are answered on our purchase follow-up emails, and information posted on our course pages. Checking this information first will resolve most issues more quickly than contacting us and waiting for a reply.

I missed the live sessions - can I watch a recording?
Yes! The replays are available on Crowdcast immediately after the session ends. Recordings are then posted to myss.com within 48 hours. Please sign into your myss.com account, then click the link to the course page.

Are Reflections Parallel workshops included with All Access?
Only On-Demand workshops and Reflections webinars where Caroline Myss is the featured teacher are included with All Access. Reflections Parallel courses feature guest teachers and are not included with All Access.
